We're going to have eggplant parmigiana from our naturally grown eggplants!

Someone was so happy this morning as she saw these eggplants, especially that extra-large one. 

She's been living with Lupus for the past 21 years and has been a semi-vegan for the same period.  So you would understand her joy in harvesting our own naturally grown eggplants.
