Grow Your Own Lavender

She's excited about the flowers but not about posing for a photo early in the morning.

          What is better than painting or buying flowers for your wife?  Grow them. :-)  No need for paint and canvas.  No need for a flower shop nor cash.  Just a little patience.

          So after a long wait she can finally enjoy the beauty of these lavender blooms.  Garlic vines don't smell as good as they look but I'll keep this growing until I find a better flowering vine.  This also gives me a reference for the color people call "lavender".  :-)
