Maltreatment and the seeds of corruption and abuse of power

Both corruption and abuse of power start from small acts.
When the wrong habits are formed in schools, whether civilian or uniformed, these may eventually grow into murder and plunder over time.
The laughter we see in the videos do not reflect the joy of a mentor or a trainer after seeing a trainee learn a new technique or gain an inch of knowledge. It is but the base animalistic desire of humans to feel power over the helpless.
