Cyberbullying Law Not Protection for Public Servants

Original article from Dailypedia via MSN.com

The only proper and acceptable action is to clean up your ranks.

As public servants, your official functions are subject to public scrutiny. That is the essence of our democratic republic. You are not allowed to hide behind the Cyberbullying Law so you can continue stealing from the Filipino people, OFWs and foreign and local tourists.

You operate under the mandate of the people and you hold your positions under public trust.

This applies not only to immigration officials and employees but to all government personnel, local and national, subject to limited exceptions.

I hope signs like these would be immediately torn down by proper authorities like the Civil Service Commission and the DILG.
