Our House: Avoiding Stress

Here we show you what we have been doing for the past two months in and around our house.
One of the things Lupus patients should avoid is stress. Actually, all of us should avoid stress as much as we can. The COVID-19 community quarantine has forced us to slow down even more, although our life is much slower than those living in cities.
I believe it has also shown a lot of us that we can live without so many things that we thought could fill us. What matters, really? What can we give up in order to release some pressure from stress? What should we focus on? What do we really need and what do we need to do with our lives?
We have a lot of concerns. We are expecting a typhoon's landfall in our province tomorrow morning. Our roof is need of repair but the quarantine has rendered us short-handed.
Nevertheless, all we could do is secure what we can and continue to just trust the God who has never failed us in the past.
"But seek first his kingdom and righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Therefore do not be anxious for tomorrow, because tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." -- Matt. 6:33-34 (LEB)
